Role Overview: As a Logistics Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our supply chain operates efficiently. From managing stock levels to coordinating order fulfillment, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the seamless flow of goods that defines our customer experience.

Requirements:

• Order Fulfillment: Oversee daily packing and shipping of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, conduct routine inventory checks, and organize product restocks.
• Product Handling: Unpack, inspect, and store incoming shipments while maintaining proper records.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in logistics workflows and inventory management.
• Support Events: Prepare materials and shipments for special events, such as Q’s Breaks or promotional campaigns.
• Customer Collaboration: Liaise with customer support to resolve any logistics-related inquiries or issues.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in logistics, inventory management, or a similar operational role is a plus.
• A structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).

Role Overview:As an All-Round Sports Breaker, you’ll host live breaks for a variety of sports cards—ranging from soccer to basketball, football, and more. You’ll create a fun, engaging environment for collectors while ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role combines hosting, organizational skills, and a passion for sports cards, offering variety in your daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Host Live Breaks: Conduct live breaks of sports cards across platforms like WhatNot and YouTube. Create engaging, informative, and interactive experiences for the audience.
• Audience Engagement: Engage with viewers during live streams, answering questions and sharing insights into the products being opened.
• Card Sorting & Packaging: Sort, organize, and prepare break cards for shipping to customers after each live session.
• Content Planning & Contribution: Responsibility for your own break content. This includes proactively planning and organizing your breaks, and adapting this planning in light of changes. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and improve live stream content and processes.
• Schedule Flexibility: Flexible to work during evenings and weekend for live breaks and adjust to the team’s broader schedule.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest and knowledge of sports trading cards across various sports (soccer, basketball, football, etc.) is a major advantage.
• Confident and comfortable in front of a camera, with a natural ability to engage live audiences.
• Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring cards are handled and sent out accurately.
• Proactive and open to collaborating with the team to improve workflows and processes.
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
