Q’s Cards is looking for a Card Store Associate for our Amsterdam store to take
responsibility of the day-to-day of our Amsterdam store and help bring our passion for sports cards directly to our community.

Based in the Netherlands, Q’s Cards is a rapidly growing company specialising in sports trading cards. We cater to both B2C and B2B markets, offering a wide range of products from basketball and soccer to football and baseball cards. With physical stores in Amersfoort and Amsterdam, alongside our growing online business, we are building one of the leading sports card communities in Europe.

Customer Experience & Sales: Welcome and assist customers in-store, providing
product recommendations and sharing knowledge about sports cards and
collectibles. You handle purchases, manage payments, and ensure a smooth
checkout experience.

Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store,
including product displays and showcases.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on new releases, trends, and key products in
the trading card market.

Logistics & Inventory Management: Manage the inventory and logistics in store,
ensuring accurate stock levels in the store.

• 1-3+ years of relevant experience in retail or sales.
• Strong communication and organization skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Capable of working independently and managing the store on your own.
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sports trading cards is a big plus.
• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).

Q’s Cards is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated (Junior) Breaker to join our team! Are you passionate about sports cards, interested in live streaming, and eager to develop your skills on camera? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Based in the Netherlands, Q’s Cards is a rapidly growing company specialising in sports trading cards. We cater to both B2C and B2B markets, offering a wide range of products from basketball and soccer to football and baseball cards. With physical stores in Amersfoort and Amsterdam, alongside our growing online business, we are building one of the leading sports card communities in Europe.

Support Live Breaks: Assist with live breaks of sports card products on Whatnot, YouTube, and other streaming platforms.

Learn to Host: Gradually develop the skills to host your own live breaks and engage with an audience.

Break Preparation: Help plan and prepare breaks, including creating product lists, pricing spots, and organizing your breaking schedule.

Audience Interaction: Support live chat engagement and learn how to create an entertaining and informative experience.

Sorting & Packaging: Accurately sort and package break cards for shipment to customers.

Customer Support: Assist in responding to customer service questions related to break orders.Product Knowledge: Build knowledge of product offerings and market trends.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team and contribute ideas to improve the breaking experience.

• Interest in sports trading cards (NBA, NFL, and other US sports is a big plus).
• Comfortable being on camera or willing to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a Live Breaker role.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in English.
