Due to the fluctuating market we do not accept returns after 48h of receiving your order.

Damaged delivery? We are sorry that the item is damaged. You can contact us by mail within 24 hours upon receiving your order and we will provide you with a solution.

Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first. Mail: support@qscards.com to receive return instructions.

Would you like to cancel a pre-order? Please note for all cancelled pre-order items, we will charge a restock fee of (5%) and or shipping fee. 

* If you refuse to pay custom fees we will charge a 5% restocking fee when an order is returned to our warehouse.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels. The customer is responsible for the return of the package.
