Returns
Due to the fluctuating market, we do not accept returns after 48 hours of receiving your order.
Full case
When a full / sealed case is ordered and delivered, returning an opened case will significantly decrease its value. If a sealed case is returned opened, a 10% return fee will be applied. This is due to the risk of swapping boxes or packs from the case.
Pre-orders
Would you like to cancel a pre-order? Please note that for all cancelled pre-order items, we charge a restocking fee of 5% and/or applicable shipping costs.
Custom & Duties
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the order is returned to us, we will charge a 5% restocking fee.
Damaged Deliveries
Received a damaged item? We’re sorry to hear that.
Please contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving your order at support@qscards.com. We will provide you with further instructions.
Important: Please do not open sealed products (such as packs, boxes, or cases) if the parcel or contents appear damaged. Opening sealed products may reduce or void your eligibility for a refund, as these items can no longer be resold.
You may inspect the outer packaging and visible condition of the goods, but do not further open or use the product before contacting us.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if products have been opened or handled beyond what is necessary to assess their condition.
Please do not return damaged items without contacting us first.
Return label
We only provide pre-paid return labels for damaged items or incorrect deliveries. For correct shipments, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds for damaged or incorrect deliveries will be processed after the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
